Anonymous asked: How do you feel about bands like Trash Talk going from playing small venues to a couple of dozen people to playing to hundreds with artists like Odd Future and Wavves? Do you feel that punk bands should be more open about playing with bands who wouldn't be considered punk or have punk ethics? Do you feel it's a form of selling out, even though their still making similar music?

It is what it is. Bands are fucked if they do and fucked if they don’t. Obviously it’s nice to evolve into a band that can pack out a few hundred capacity venue but then you’re going to have to put up with dickheads mouthing off about how the gigs were better when they were in tiny venues or basements or whatever. At the end of the day, bands can do whatever the fuck they want, and if someone doesn’t like it then they don’t have to go and see them or buy their records. Why should 4 lads who love # have to play smaller gigs and get less money to spend on # just to keep some spoiled brats happy?
